HNTB Marketing Team Leader in Bellevue, Washington

What We're Looking For

The time is right to join HNTB Corporation! HNTB is currently seeking a Marketing Team Leader for our Bellevue, WA office.

Responsible for writing/leading proposal and interview preparation for large/complex pursuits. Collaborates with pursuit teams in developing win strategies. Oversees the work of other marketing team members. Coordinates workload. Some travel within Northwest Division to coordinate marketing efforts.

Primary Focus Will Include:

  • Leading pursuits - from discovery to interview

  • Overseeing work of other marketing team members, including quality review and providing constructive guidance

  • Helping coordinate workload for marketing team

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

  • Possesses a strategic mindset and sound judgment

  • Mentoring experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build trust and influence others

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs

What You'll Need

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Writes/leads qualification packages, proposals and leave behind material for complex/largest pursuits.

  • Collaborates with technical staff and writes/reviews/edits original content for clarity, compliance and key messages.

  • Works with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and HNTB.

  • Assists marketing manager with activities related to day-to-day supervision of the staff, which may include performance reviews and training/mentoring of staff.

  • Assists in the ongoing development and refinement of QA procedures, and serves as quality control review of materials developed by Department.

  • Organizes and facilitates pursuit strategy meetings.

  • Organizes and coaches the technical staff in presentation phase.

  • Supports client service teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings, as well as participating in client service team meetings.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or relevant degree

  • 6 years relevant experience
