HNTB HR Technical Writer in Charlotte, North Carolina
What We're Looking For
The time is now to join HNTB! We are seeking a HR Technical Writer in our North Carolina offices.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Partners with stakeholders to conduct an analysis of essential work being performed. Captures responsibilities and writes job descriptions to create reliable and consistent internal documentation that describes the general tasks, related duties and qualifications of a position.
Researches FLSA guidelines and requirements and makes recommendation on appropriate classification.
Assists HR Specialist with managing the job structure and internal leveling
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs
What You'll Need
Works with technical staff to write content for qualifications, proposals and reports.
Edits and formats content written by others, ensuring consistency in writing style and approach throughout various documents.
Gathers information through research, statistical reports, and interviews with technical staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
