HNTB Office Technician II in Detroit, Michigan
What We're Looking For
Assists in contract management, contract administration and contract compliance. Responsible for maintaining project records and documentation. Assists senior project staff in the administration of projects.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Administering Contract documentation for federal, state and municipal bridge and highway construction projects.
Implementing document controls plans in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Review of project materials, submittals, payroll and other required documentation.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Certified MDOT Office Technician
What You'll Need
Monitors project schedule.
Makes corrections from reviewer on inspectors daily reports for quantities, contractors progress and as-constructed data.
Reviews and makes corrections on inspectors daily reports for quantities, contractors progress, and as-constructed data.
Prepares/reviews contractors monthly pay estimate.
Maintains monthly progress photos and video of project.
Assists in field construction inspection as needed.
Assists project administrator in monitoring internal project controls.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
5 years construction experience
All jurisdictional certifications as required
