This opportunity entails providing administrative and tactical support to the Learning and Development team. As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in the learning execution process that contributes to the overall growth and development of HNTB employees. You will work closely with the Learning and Development team to help create a positive learner experience.
What You'll Do:
Coordinates and schedules live training classes, orders and manages the distribution of materials and supplies, schedules and confirms facilitators, updates, and maintains calendar invites, and ensures all sessions are properly planned, communicated, and executed smoothly.
Collaborates with team members, working closely with the Learning and Development team, facilitators, stakeholders, HNTB employees, and external vendors.
Ensures adherence to Learning and Development end-to-end processes to maintain standards and consistency.
Assists in planning and developing annual course calendar, creates course offerings, updates and maintains data in Workday Learning to ensure accurate and up-to-date training information, and serves as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries.
Supports class registration activities, aiding in pre- and post-class registration activities, including attendance tracking, follow up materials, and cost documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
Associate's degree in relevant field, or
In lieu of degree, 2 years of relevant experience

3 years related HR experience
