We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketing Specialist to support the firm’s talent and recruiting brand while optimizing the candidate’s experience. In partnership with talent acquisition and corporate communication leadership, this position builds and maintains the digital, social, email, job branding, content strategies and messaging to engage and attract talent to ensure adequate talent pipeline for current and future workforce. Gathers and analyzes recruiting data, reports key insights to enhance and improve future content and campaigns based on audience engagement and trends. Researches and understands target audiences and competitive landscape to build diverse, multi-channel campaigns that connect with key audiences at all points of their candidate journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Designs and creates recruiting campaigns to enhance the candidate experience identifies target group, writes messaging, creates graphics and videos. Produces content and implements strategies to attract and engage HNTB’s talent audience.

  • Reviews, maintains, and updates current talent acquisition communications to ensure consistent messaging and visuals that align with HNTB’s employer brand.

  • Strategizes with the talent acquisition team to discover, create, and promote recruiting efforts, events, and campaigns to leverage digital channels to reach and engage specific talent communities.

  • Measures and evaluates recruitment marketing success. Compiles data from internal and external vendor software and social channels analyzes results and creates summary reports to visualize the effectiveness of the campaigns. Presents findings and makes recommendation to HR leadership and campaign stakeholders.

  • Manages the talent acquisition content on HNTB’s external career website(s). Builds new pages and websites as needed to improve and streamline candidate communication and awareness. Tracks data from career sites, produces analytics, and delivers results for use in strategy and future campaign planning.

  • Partners with division marketing teams on strategic initiatives and effectiveness of recruiting campaigns for attracting target talent pool. Meets with division’s marketing leaders to deliver analytics and discuss enhancements.

  • Consults with business units to understand their talent acquisition needs and identify campaign opportunities. Develops and executes a forward-thinking recruitment marketing strategy including creating videos, graphics, and tailoring messaging to meet the identified criteria.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3 years of relevant experience, or

  • In lieu of a degree, 7 years of relevant experience

  • Builds strategic and effective internal and external relationships, including understanding and supporting your business partners’ goals.

What We Prefer:

  • 2 years of Talent Acquisition Experience
