What We're Looking For
Responsible for the growth and success of a specific practice within the firm (i.e. aviation, bridge, environment, etc.) including business development and client negotiations.
We are looking for a National Bridge Practice Leader that is responsible for the growth and success of the bridge practice within the firm to lead and support business development, bridge talent acquisition and development, project delivery, and client relationships.
This position can be located at any major HNTB office location.
Research respective markets, develop client relationships, recruit talent, and identify business opportunities across the country.
Expert in the industry with strong client connections nationwide.
Provide firm-wide leadership and guidance in areas of technical specialties and provides oversight on overall bridge practice operations.
Provide access for all divisions and offices to the best firmwide resources needed to win and deliver performance according to company standards on mega and super mega projects
What You'll Need
Researches respective markets, develops client relationships and identifies business opportunities within area of specialty and across the country.
Typically nationally well-known as an expert in the respective industry with strong client connections.
Provides firm-wide leadership and guidance in area of specialty and provides oversight on specialty operations.
Provides access for all divisions and offices to the best firmwide resources needed to win and deliver HNTB's 4 for 4 performance (Consistend delivery of quality work, on time, on budget and to the clients satisfaction on every project) on mega projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning
15 years related experience
