What We're Looking For
Assists transportation management plan team by performing engineering-related tasks including plan review, work zone review, construction coordination, stakeholder communication, and data reporting on assigned project(s).

Assists transportation management plan team by performing engineering-related tasks including plan review, work zone review, construction coordination, stakeholder communication, and data reporting on assigned project(s).
Primary Focus Will Include:
Assist with construction traffic control coordination.
Assist with preparing reports to share with stakeholders.
Attend project-related planning and progress meetings.
Coordination with multiple agencies impacted by the project.
Perform Traffic Analysis related to construction staging, detour routes, and adjacent project impacts.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Working knowledge of MUTCD and WisDOT TEOpS.
Ability to read project plan sets.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a traffic and urban planning focus.
Ability to achieve EIT certification within 1 year of hire.
Good driving record and own vehicle for driving project work zones.
What You'll Need
Essential Responsibilities:
Contributes to the successful implementation of transportation management plans for projects.
Assists in the preparation of schedule updates in Microsoft Excel.
Drives through multiple project work zones and reports observations to the team.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Urban Planning

Essential Responsibilities:
Works from designs and plans of others, compile data, perform basic design and technical computations.
Applies recognized tools of analysis and provides comprehensive review of the data.
Researches and collects raw data and organizes in a form ready for analysis.
Assists in preparation of transportation plans and studies.
Assists in production of concepts, graphics and reports.
Assists in the development of presentation material, reports or report layout.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning, Urban Design or related field
