Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of client invoices. Monitors the daily status of invoices for internal tracking and accurately records invoices for financial purposes.
Our Mission KS office is seeking a Billing Associate I.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Review and analyze costs for inclusion in invoices
Reconcile posted cost to billed cost
Maintain accurate records
Collaborate with project teams to solve invoicing issues
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
What You'll Need
Prepares invoices according to established quality, productivity standards, and contract guidelines.
Maintains monthly billing status sheet to track invoice progress.
Performs daily processing of invoice output into Oracle database.
Tracks sub-consultant invoices in a timely and accurate fashion, ensuring the correct Paid When Paid (PWP) terms are used in order to comply with HNTB’s agreement for paying sub-contractors.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High school Diploma/GED or equivalent
2 years invoicing or accounting experience
