HNTB Senior Schedule Manager in New York, New York
What We're Looking For
Provides technical leadership in researching and implementing scheduling tools and best practices. Works on multiple scheduling projects as a project leader or project advisor within functional teams. May serve as Team Leader. Builds and maintains schedules for projects. Monitors and reports on status, analyzing schedules and associated changes for key risk areas and milestones impact.
This is a full time position at the JFK Airport in Queens, New York.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Interact with Senior Management and the Client explaining schedule status and potential mitigations.
Manage group of schedulers creating and maintaining the master program schedule for this mega project.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- AACE PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) or equivalent
What You'll Need
Works on multiple scheduling projects as a project leader or project advisor within functional teams.
Develops and maintains sustainable Enterprise level scheduling processes and procedures.
Creates complex scheduling models.
Oversees a database or “warehouse” of scheduling data recorded and tracked from each job.
Participates in client presentations as required.
Participates in and coordinates with other project controls areas.
Provides leadership, supervision and training to less experienced schedulers.
Oversees and contributes to detailed schedule analysis and claims forensics initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business
10 years related experience
In lieu of education, 14 years project controls experience
