HNTB Environmental Planner II in Raleigh, North Carolina
What We're Looking For
The time is right to join HNTB! We're seeking an Environmental Planner II in our Raleigh, NC office.
Primary Focus Will Include:
NEPA Document Preparation
Traffic Noise Model (TNM) studies
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Master’s Degree in Planning or related field
Other important skills are CADD and GIS proficiency
Experience in Traffic Noise Analysis
LEED Accredited Professional
RLA, RA, PE registration or AICP, CEP certification
What You'll Need
Assists in directing small-scale planning projects and portions of larger projects from concept development through submission drawings.
Coordinates with sub-consultants and in-house personnel on a regular basis to complete assigned tasks. Some contact with clients.
Prepares technical plans and reports, written reports on small to medium sized planning projects, scopes of work, fee proposals and responses to Request for Proposals.
Final production of environmental documents, comprehensive plans and reports, graphics associated with public meetings, presentation drawings, reports, etc.
Conducts research and detailed analysis of data.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Environmental Science or relevant field
2 years of relevant experience
