HNTB Construction Manager in San Jose, California
What We're Looking For
Responsible for oversight of major construction projects. Accountability includes timely and satisfactory completion of construction projects, assuring satisfactory client service, key field position staffing, project plans, objectives setting, performance evaluation, and related management activities.
Primary Focus Will Include:
- Represent owner on significant construction program.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Transit construction project experience, including underground and at grade stations.
What You'll Need
Quality control and basic policies and parameters of CEI projects.
Assists in resolution of construction issues.
Maintains existing client relationships and develops new business.
Represents HNTB with client, public, and regulatory agencies.
Trains and develops staff.
Responsible for cost control and financial performance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
15 years related experience
