HNTB Marketing Pursuit Manager in Santa Ana, California
What We're Looking For
Responsible for leading the marketing effort of the Division’s most complex and strategic pursuits. Provides strategic direction/guidance to pursuit team in developing strategies for responding to and preparing materials.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Works collaboratively with project professionals, pursuit teams and marketing team members to manage and oversee planning, positioning and preparation for complex mega pursuits.
Implements best practices to oversee proposal activities, including leading proposal support staff teams, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, developing proposal outlines, and working in partnership with the pursuit teams to monitor the progress of proposals and interview preparation.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to build trust and influence others.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs.
What You'll Need
Writes/leads qualification packages, proposals and leave behind material for the most complex and largest pursuits.
Oversees proposal activities, including leading proposal support staff teams, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, developing proposal outline, and working in partnership with the pursuit champion to monitor the progress of proposals.
Collaborates with technical staff and writes/reviews/edits original content for clarity, compliance and key messages.
Works with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including partnering with national resources to drive HNTB’s sales approach, providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and HNTB.
Organizes and may facilitate pursuit strategy meetings.
Leads the pursuit team on presentation phase, including presentation coaching.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or relevant degree
10 year's relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years managing complex A/E/C proposals
