The time is now to join HNTB! We are seeking a Civil Rights Compliance Specialist in our Arlington, VA or Washington, D.C. offices.

What You'll Need
Review and monitor the Contract Compliance and Civil Rights Compliance Reporting related to Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBE) Goals, Local Hiring Preference Goals, On-The-Job Training (OJT)Goals, Workforce Diversity Goals
Direct the work of and oversees a team of subconsultants focused on Civil Rights Compliance Reporting
Collaborate with contractors, clients, and program management team in the area of Civil Rights Compliance.
Conduct “Commercially Useful Function” assessments to ensure transparent and meaningful participation by DBE businesses in all aspects of the Program.
Maintain, update and report out compliance metrics
Track and record monthly payment affirmations to DBE subcontractors
Prepare recommendations identifying areas that will require additional attention and/or resources to ensure program stays on track with goals.
Performs other duties and ad hoc special projects, as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy, Human Resources or relevant degrees
Five years of A & E industry experience/ Construction industry relevant experience.
Five years of DBE compliance and reporting, labor statistical reporting, and workforce development
